About the artwork & Collections
Every artwork is part of a limited collection, with only 11 numbered prints available per piece. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity and an embossed seal, ensuring its exclusivity and lasting value.
For our prints, we use museum-grade archival paper, designed to last a lifetime without fading or yellowing. Voor canvas we use acid-free, PH-neutral, and fade-resistant canvas. The canvas comes with mounting brackets.
Yes, every print is individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist.
No. Once the 11th print is sold, the edition is closed forever.
No, our artworks are exclusive physical prints meant for collectors. They will never be sold digital.
Ordering & Payment
Most of our limited prints are produced and shipped from The Netherlands, ensuring quality control and timely delivery. Some products are created through Print on Demand and are created from the US, UK, AU and EU.
We accept credit/debit cards, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy24 (P24), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (if applicable in your region).
If available in your country, you may choose Klarna or another “Buy Now, Pay Later” option at checkout.
Since each print is made on demand, cancellations or modifications are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.
For EU orders, VAT is included in the price. For non-EU countries, customs duties may apply—please check with your local customs office.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship internationally, to almost every country in the world! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by location.
Production typically takes 2 days, and shipping times vary by country:
- Europe: 10-12 days
- USA & Canada: 12–14 days
- Rest of the world: 16–20 days
Yes! Once your order is being fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking link. If it’s significantly delayed, contact us at support@undecim.art.
We take great care in packaging, but if your print arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited nature of our prints, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective
If you received the wrong print or edition number, contact us within 7 days, and we will correct the issue at no extra cost.
Legal & Copyright
The artist retains full copyright of all artwork. Purchasing a print does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.
